We are Soul Sisters Located in Longford Town. We opened our wellness centre a year ago as we felt there was a need for our services in the Longford area. We offer a wide range of services in our studio as well as in the surrounding communities. We like to bring our services to schools, crèches, family resource centre, senior citizen clubs and hens sheds.

The services we have to offer include; yoga for parent and baby, children, teenagers, adults and the aging community. Our yoga is suitable for all abilities. We offer Reiki Infused Yoga, Kundalini Yoga & Restorative Yoga.
